The professional behind the name
Joseph Tringali graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Joe has served clients in a wide range of industries and has been a practicing CPA for over 25 years providing extensive accounting, tax preparation & planning, and consulting services to small businesses and individuals.
Joe is known for establishing long-lasting relationships with clients. His approach to service is simple he provides clients with the highest quality professional services that meet their needs and surpass their expectations.
In addition, Joe has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional for over 20 years. He advises clients to effectively accumulate and retain assets through financial and estate planning.

Anne M. O'Hare, CPA 
Anne joined Joe Tringali's practice in 2009. A practicing CPA for over 25 years, she has worked for several local firms during her career, serving as a partner at two of them.
Anne's passion is small business. She works with business owners at all stages of an entity's life - start-ups, growth, maturity, and divestment, whether by sale or dissolution. She has extensive experience in tax preparation and planning for businesses and individuals, and is a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor. Anne understands that the small business owner wears many hats, and she sees her role as a partner and resource provider for the business owner, allowing them the relief of "one less hat to wear."
Anne is a graduate of Towson University with degrees in Mathematics and Business. She is a member of the Maryland Association of CPAs, where she has served on the small business committee, and the Maryland Society of Accountants. She is a past president and current board member of the Baltimore chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and is treasurer of the Central MD chapter of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS). Anne has twice been selected by SmartCEO magazine as a Baltimore SmartCPA.
